At OrderECM, we want our customers to order diesel ECMs, ECUs, injectors, fuel pumps, turbos, crankshafts, camshafts, and heavy-duty diesel engine parts with confidence. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, 365-Day Replacement Warranty, and Free Worldwide Shipping on eligible orders.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers may return eligible products for any reason within this period.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In the same condition as received
- Not physically damaged, modified, opened, burned, or tampered with
- Returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and documents where applicable
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment platform may take additional time to post the refund.
Original customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local government charges are not refundable by OrderECM.
365-Day Replacement Warranty
OrderECM provides a 365-day replacement warranty against verified product defects under normal use.
If your product develops a confirmed fault within 365 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong programming, electrical faults, water damage, overheating, misuse, physical damage, tampering, or use with an incompatible engine or machine.
For ECM, ECU, and electronic control modules, please confirm the part number, connector type, engine model, and programming requirements before installation.
Return Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders.
For returns due to change of mind, wrong order, or customer choice, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error, wrong item sent, or a verified defective product, OrderECM will assist with the return or replacement process.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number, photos, videos, and a short explanation of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused if the item is:
- Physically damaged
- Burned or damaged by electrical faults
- Water damaged
- Opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with
- Missing labels, serial numbers, accessories, or packaging
- Installed incorrectly or programmed incorrectly
- Used with the wrong engine, machine, or application
