Before placing an order, customers are responsible for checking the correct part number, old unit number, engine model, machine model, and fitment requirements. If you are unsure, please contact OrderECM before purchase for part-number support.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, shipping restrictions, or compatibility concerns.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

All prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or availability errors at any time.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, not modified, and with original packaging, labels, accessories, and documents where applicable.

7. 365-Day Replacement Warranty

OrderECM provides a 365-Day Replacement Warranty against verified product defects under normal use.

This warranty covers eligible product defects for one year from the date of delivery. If a product develops a confirmed defect, we may offer a replacement where applicable.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong programming, electrical faults, water damage, overheating, misuse, physical damage, tampering, modification, or use with an incompatible engine, machine, or application.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within the allowed return period. To start a return or warranty claim, customers must contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product part number
  • Reason for return or claim
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Diagnostic report, fault code, or technician notes if available

For returns due to customer choice, wrong order, or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, wrong item sent, or verified defective product, we will assist with the return or replacement process.

9. Installation and Programming

Many ECM, ECU, and electronic control modules may require professional installation, calibration, or programming before use. OrderECM is not responsible for damage, failure, or performance issues caused by incorrect installation, incorrect programming, incompatible application, or improper handling.

We strongly recommend installation by a qualified diesel technician, mechanic, or authorized service provider.

10. Product Condition

Products may be listed as new, remanufactured, replacement, aftermarket, open box, or other condition types depending on the listing. Please review the product description carefully before purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.
