Free Worldwide Shipping

OrderECM offers free worldwide shipping on all eligible orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Where We Ship From

OrderECM LTD is a UK-registered company (Company No. 17125500) and operates a global network of warehouses to ensure fast dispatch to customers worldwide:

  • United Kingdom – Bolton, Greater Manchester (Registered Office & UK Stock)
  • United Arab Emirates – Sharjah (Primary Dispatch Hub)
  • Pakistan – Lahore (Regional Stock)
  • Saudi Arabia – Jeddah (Regional Stock)

Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse best positioned to reach your delivery address quickly. This may mean your parcel ships from outside the United Kingdom even though OrderECM is a UK-registered business.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable international courier services including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex, depending on your location and order size. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. For high-value or specialised parts, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait): 3–7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

These timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not controlled by OrderECM. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at sales@orderecm.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Some countries may have import restrictions on certain electronic or engine control components. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to shipping restrictions, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For shipments that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
